Each treatment is carefully adapted to your health history, current condition, and stage of treatment to ensure safe, supportive, and compassionate care.
Treatments are provided by Claudia, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Manual Osteopath, integrating evidence-informed massage therapy with a whole-body, individualized approach to support comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
