This is a 4 week program that focuses on shifting your energy to allow more alignment, abundance, health and peace into your life. This is an in depth program where we meet for a video call once a week and you will receive (1) in person energy healing session at Carp Ridge Ecowellness. This is a powerful combination that will change your perspectives and give you opportunities to expand your consciousness. There is an option to extend Mentorship after the 4 week container (up to 6 months).
Prior to Session: Please show up on Zoom in a space where you will not be disturbed for the full hour session. For your in-person session: Please dress comfortably for your session, remove any jewelry, smart watches, and any other technology, and drink lots of water!
After Session: Reiki and Spinal Energetics can be intensive healing modalities. For a few days after your session, you may feel dizziness, vertigo, nausea, or lack of groundedness while your energy settles. This is all normal and will fade away. If anything does come up, please do not hesitate to reach out to me anytime.
