Manual Osteopathy is a gentle hands-on therapy . Manual osteopaths are trained to perform manual techniques on a fully clothed client. These techniques align muscles, bones and joints to reduce or remove any blockage throughout the body. During these techniques, circulation and lymph flow are improved together with alignment in order to support the body’s self-healing possibilities!

The main objective of Cranial Osteopathy is to connect with the nervous system, so these manipulations are even more subtle but immensely effective. Myofascial release techniques are focusing on the connective tissue, which is somehow responsible for scarring, tension, inflammation. After this treatment, you will feel more relaxed with a sensation of no pain or discomfort in your muscles.
Osteo-articular Manipulation techniques are to support your physical body and to help align joints and bones . These are ideal to decrease pain, tension and improve mobility
Focusing on aligning the joints and bones of the body, osteo-articular manipulation can help decrease pain and tension and increase mobility.
