This is a 50-minute one-on-one private counselling session conducted through TeleHealth with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) from Catalyst Kinetics Group for individuals that have an active ICBC claim. Your counsellor will provide you with instructions for connecting to the session 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please book with appointment if you have already had an "Initial Assessment" for the current ICBC claim.
