WAITLIST: To put your name on the waitlist, login to your account, click on upcoming appointments, add request, add a wait list request and select your preference for day/time, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY: I require 24 hours for any cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours are charged the FULL visit fee.
BILLING: I am able to direct bill to several extended health care plans. I do not accept ICBC or WCB claims.
