Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24-hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee to the card on file as per our cancellation policy.
*Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will have their credit card charged a cancellation fee subject to 100% of service.
*No Show Policy: If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment, the guest will have their credit card charged a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of service as these bookings are reserved for specifically for you and not fair to those on the waitlist.
*Insurance Companies do not cover cancellations or no shows
