The first 12 weeks after your motor vehicle accident, you are approved for 12 Kinesiology sessions.
We will need this claim number in order to begin treatment. We offer direct billing so you don’t have to deal with submitting the claim yourself. We understand there is already enough to worry about after your accident. We want to make this experience for you as easy as possible.
Rehabilitation from injury can be complicated and our therapists are skilled in helping you navigate this.
** Reminder, for any kinesiology session, it is mandatory to bring indoor runners and gym wear. No sandals!

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
