Sports Specific or Orthopedic Specific Comprehensive Assessment/ Treatment. Assessment of motor imbalance and dysfunction, and factors that affect mobility, function and performance. Includes time for appropriate paperwork and referrals. May be used for an initial visit when appropriate. 15-30 minutes $150, 60 minutes $300.
