NEW PATIENTS
To book with Dr. Mitch Ormond, select Chiropractic, Dr. Mitch Ormond and New Patient Assessment and Treatment. New patients wishing to see Dr. Jenny Pelisek should call 519-352-5555.
RETURNING PATIENTS
Please book with the chiropractor you normally see. If you need a specific day or time, call the office and we’ll be happy to help.
A few important reminders:
• WSIB and motor vehicle accident appointments must be booked by phone.
• Please arrive at your scheduled time and avoid wearing scented products.
• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and contact us.
• We accept cash or debit, but not Visa or Mastercard.
• Please provide 24 hours’ notice when cancelling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full fee.
