***Please book this appointment under the name of your child - not your name. Your child does not need to be present during the call. ***
This is a free 15 minute video call for our mental health services coordinator to gather initial background information about your child and family in order to match them up with the best counsellor for their needs. It also allows a chance for caregivers to ask questions and to go over our billing and booking processes.
After booking, you will be sent a confirmation email, and then you will be sent another email with a link to join the video call one hour before your appointment.
