Core Connections- Small Group Exercise Class (ages 12+)
This small group class for ages 12+ is designed for neurodiverse children who benefit from structured, movement-based learning in a supportive and inclusive environment. Ideal for children who can follow two-step directions, are not a flight risk, and are safe to participate in a group setting, this class focuses on developing core strength, body awareness, balance, and coordination through fun and purposeful physical activities. With experienced facilitators, we provide a consistent routine and individualized support, creating a space where children can move, connect, and grow—building not only physical skills but also confidence and a sense of belonging. This 1 hour class runs for 6 weeks on Saturdays from 1:15pm-2:15pm. February 7th, February 14th, February 21st, February 28th, March 7th, March 14th.
**Please register under your child's name- you only need to register for the first class on February 7th and your child is registered for the duration of the program.**
*Note this class is not eligible for reimbursement by extended health benefits plans at this time*
