This appointment is approximately 30-45 minutes where the Physiotherapist will review your intake form and current concerns, as well as start treatment and create a plan for your recovery/prevention.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
