The goals of community acupuncture are to reduce socio-economic barriers that often prevent individuals from accessing acupuncture services and to foster community and support for healing in a group setting.
During your session, you will remain fully clothed, with acupuncture primarily placed on the extremities.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
