During this appointment Banks will talk with you and get to know your needs, assess the relevant areas of your body and come up with a treatment plan for you. Once the treatment plan and approach is set, Banks will use the remaining time to begin treatment and educate you on any stretching or rehabilitation homework. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing to move in. Let’s get you started!
