• Most services are eligible for direct billing, however coverage rules may apply depending on individual benefits plans.
• A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
• Appointment reminders are automatically sent by email 48 hours in advance.
• Reschedule or modify your appointments online or by phone with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. Fees will be waived if the appointment slot is filled. Our policy is strictly enforced.
• Initial Appointment means First Appointment for that specific Treatment Category. If available, it must be booked before any Follow-Up appointment in the respective category.
Note: It's that time of year again! Booking multiple appointments in advance are highly encouraged to reserve your favourite time slots before the year ends.
