Cancellation Policy : We get it — things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your appointment. That way, we can offer the spot to someone else who’s waiting. Changes made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the original treatment cost.
