If this is your first acupuncture appointment with us, please choose this option. This appointment includes a health history review, assessment, discussion of your concerns and goals, and your initial acupuncture treatment provided by a chiropractor certified in acupuncture therapy.
Acupuncture may help support concerns related to pain, muscle tension, headaches, mobility, stress management, recovery, and overall wellness. Your practitioner will develop an individualized treatment approach based on your needs and goals.
Please note: We do not direct bill for this acupuncture appointment. As the treatment is performed by a chiropractor who is an acupuncture provider, any insurance submissions or receipts will be billed under chiropractic services rather than acupuncture services.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required intake paperwork. If you are unsure whether this is the correct appointment type, please contact our clinic and a member of our team would be happy to assist you.
