10 minWe use the InBody for body composition testing. This advanced machine provides a detailed analysis of your body composition, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat area, bone mineral mass and water distribution. What to Expect: 1. The test is quick and non-invasive, taking only a few minutes. 2. You will stand on the device and hold hand electrodes while the machine measures your body composition. How to Prepare: 1. Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated but avoid drinking large amounts of water immediately before the test. 2. Alcohol: Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before testing. 3. Fasting: Do not eat for at least 2-3 hours before the test. 4. Exercise: Avoid strength training and/or vigorous exercise for 12 hours prior to the test. 5. Clothing: Wear light, comfortable clothing and remove any metal accessories.
