First Time Patients:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the intake form, or fill it out online before your session, to not have your appointment time cut short.
Parking:
Complimentary parking up to 3 hours inside of Pacific Plaza.
Late Cancelations and No-Show Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient or individuals on our waitlist. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
No Shows & Same day cancellations will be charged full price of the appointment to the credit card on file. The cards on file will NOT be used to pay for appointments due to higher processing fees.
Direct Billing:
We offer direct billing for the majority of insurance companies.
We do not accept any WorkSafe/MSP Claims at our clinic.

We are located on the 1st floor, unit #1055.
Please note:
Unfortunately, we can’t use client’s personal oil (to avoid allergic reactions to therapists).
We do NOT offer massages in the same room for two people.
Can’t find an available appointment? Try selecting a shorter appointment length, such as 45 minutes or 30 minutes instead of 60 minutes, as additional time slots may become available.
