Lors d'une nouvelle blessure, il est important de se faire évaluer par un professionnel qui pourra ensuite poursuivre les traitements avec vous au besoin. L'évaluation comprend aussi une explication de la blessure et du plan de traitement, un programme d'exercice et un court traitement. Les explications et informations pertinentes seront ensuite envoyé à l'entraineur responsable de l'athlète, à son préparateur physique et à ses parents par courriel.
