Pregnancy massage allows for massage therapy follow-up starting from the 13th week of pregnancy.
Performed by a massage therapist trained in this type of massage, the movements are adapted according to the stage of pregnancy.
Using cushions and supports, the therapist will ensure that the expectant mother is comfortably positioned. This way, she will maximize the therapeutic benefits of the massage: improved blood circulation, relief of heavy legs, relief of backache and sciatica, relief of pregnancy-related stress and anxiety, and faster recovery after delivery.
