Kinesiology Visit- ICBC
An initial treatment must be booked if you have been involved in a new Motor Vehicle Accident or are transferring from another clinic. This session includes a detailed conversation and assessment of your motor vehicle accident, including a review of how it occurred, its implications, and how it affects your work life, home life, and, if applicable, school life. This is followed by the creation of a personalized rehabilitation plan to support your return to daily living and work. A return-to-work plan can also be provided upon request and shared with your employer. Care goes beyond exercise and may include manual therapy, DNS, osteopathic-based approaches, and specific exercise selection to support recovery and long-term movement health.
The fee is covered by ICBC and there is no co pay fee.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
