If you are working with me on both treatment and exercise and feel you would benefit from more coaching, this option is recommended. This option is also suggested if you have not had a session in over 12 months or if you have a new issue that requires additional time for assessment. * Coverage for private osteopathy services is subject to the terms of your extended health benefits plan. This option is for those who would like to work deeply on a given concern that requires therapeutic work from the inside out, as well as for those working on specific exercises that require slow, specialized movement patterns.
