Baseline testing provides a pre-injury overview of brain and physical function to support safe return-to-play decisions. Your appointment will include testing across memory, balance, vision, and reaction time, all designed to give us an accurate snapshot of your healthy brain function. This helps us manage any future concussion with clarity and confidence.
Please do not book if you’ve had a concussion within the past 2 months. Please note that the full appointment fee will be charged for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
