Not all of our physiotherapists’ availability and services are available to book online. Please call or email the clinic if you do not see a time or service you are looking for.
New Assessments: Please book a new assessment appointment it is your first visit, you have a new problem you would like assessed, or it has been more than 4 months since your last visit.
We do not allow online booking for new assessments, with the exception of Cheryl Megalos.
This allows us to be sure you are booking with the physiotherapist who is able to look after your specific problems and goals.
You are able to make yourself a Jane profile via the online booking, which will save us time on the phone with you when booking your first visit with us.
Worksafe claims: please phone the clinic to book your initial assessment
ICBC claims: we are unfortunately unable to accept any new ICBC claims at this time

Booking follow ups! We also recommend booking follow up visits at the time you book your initial assessment or well ahead to ensure your follow up visits are not delayed by your physiotherapist’s busy schedule!
Cancellation Policy: the FULL appointment fee will be charged for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
