For the first 12 weeks after a car accident, you are entitled to 25 visits of Physiotherapy. There is no need for an initial doctor’s referral if the accident is recent (within 12 weeks) and/or you have not had any previous treatment. Please call to book this treatment.
Please have your ICBC claim number and your adjustor's name and phone number handy, as you will be required to include it on an intake form prior to your appointment.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
