60 minPostpartum Osteopathy (60 min) This appointment is for care after birth as your body recovers and adjusts to caring for your baby. Families often come for back or pelvic discomfort, neck and shoulder strain from feeding and carrying, or general body tension after pregnancy and birth. Care focuses on recovery, posture, and helping your body feel more comfortable and supported during the postpartum period. Babies are always welcome at these appointments. Postpartum visits can be helpful in the early weeks after birth or anytime during the first year as your body continues to adjust. If you are postpartum and looking for support for your own recovery, this is the correct appointment to book. If you are unsure, you are always welcome to reach out before booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so through Jane rather than by email so the change can be processed right away.
