This appointment is for people who are interested in buying Custom Foot Orthotics. We require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of the assessment. Please be sure to contact your insurance company to find out their requirements for reimbursement, before booking an appointment.
Please Note: These orthotics are dispensed by a PHYSIOTHERAPIST certified in Custom Foot Orthotics.
The $500 fee includes the price of the Orthotics as well as a Consultation.
