Kiera provides assessment and treatment that uses osteopathic techniques within the scope of practice of Massage Therapy. The assessment evaluates posture, range of motion and areas of tension or discomfort. Based on the findings, Kiera applies a combination of soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, joint mobilization, cranio-sacral therapy and visceral mobilization to address the identified issues.
