We highly recommend when you are booking an initial assessment to also consider booking 2-3 follow up appointments with that provider on a day and time that suits you best. Better yet, give us a call and we will help you find the right provider and coordinate your bookings for you 519-372-2121.
UNSURE OF WHAT TO BOOK?
Initial Assessment or Returning Client New Assessment is your starting point. If you have never been here before, select an Initial Assessment. If you are a returning client that has not been here for 3 months or you are coming for a new issue, select Returning Client New Assessment.
Follow-up appointments are booked with your provider to carry out your treatment plan. Longer appointment times allow for both manual therapy with a movement session.
Please note we are not an OHIP funded physiotherapy clinic and we do not offer MVA or WSIB insurance coverage. We also do not provide direct billing to extended health benefit companies.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an upcoming appointment by calling the clinic 519-372-2121. Please refer to our cancellation policy on our website.
