There are no mirrors. No choreography. No Performance.

No experience needed, come as you are. Bring your water bottle, something you can move freely and express yourself in, and prepare to feel.
**We are offering 2 classes per month - 1 will be for adults only and 1 class will be open for families.**
Energetic exchange = $25 per individual & $40 per family.
