Child Play Therapy - ages 12 and under (Waitlist)
Child play therapy sessions take place in our welcoming space at 232 Regent Ave E. These sessions are designed to support children through creativity, movement, and play, giving them a safe and developmentally appropriate way to express feelings, build skills, and process what they’re experiencing.
Sessions range from 30–50 minutes, depending on your child’s age, attention span, and emotional capacity that day. Each appointment also includes an optional 10 minutes of parent involvement, either at the beginning or end of the session. This may be used to check in, share updates, review themes, or discuss strategies to continue supporting your child at home.

You spend most of the hour talking through what’s been happening, what’s hard at home or school, and what support feels realistic — with the counsellor watching how you or your child responds, asking careful questions, and ending with a simple next-step plan.
