Family counselling sessions are held in our welcoming, private clinic space at 232 Regent Ave E and can accommodate up to five family members. These sessions offer a supportive environment where families can slow down, communicate more openly, and work through challenges together.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
