Includes a health history, physical exam with a throughout movement assessment, diagnostic and orthopedic testing. This establishes a working diagnosis to better understand the root cause of the complaint with a wholistic view of contributing factors. This informs a tailored treatment plan, using soft tissue techniques, corrective and rehabilitative exercises, and joint mobilization or manipulation to alleviate pain and restore function.
