During the initial acupuncture session, clients undergo a thorough intake history assessment, this allows me to understand your medical background, symptoms, and treatment goals. Acupuncture treatment begins with the insertion of thin needles into specific points along the body's meridians, promoting the flow of Qi and restoring balance. Moxibustion therapy, involving the burning of mugwort near acupuncture points, may be used to enhance Qi circulation and alleviate symptoms. Additionally, cupping therapy will be applied to stimulate blood flow and release muscle tension.
