30 min Ideal for returning clients or for one problem area ex. Neck. Treatment involves deep massage techniques combined with specific stretching techniques.
Please Note: Hannah is a Soft Tissue Therapist, and not a Registered Massage Therapist (ie. not covered under extended health care plans) 45 min Soft tissue therapy is a hands-on manual therapy for the soft tissue structures. It is a deeper style treatment incorporating a variety of massage and stretching techniques. Ideal for the treatment of sport/ work related injuries. In a 45 min session we can focus on 2 areas.
Styles Hannah offers include; trigger point therapy, soft/ active tissue release, neurokinetic therapy (NKT Lv. 1), lymphatic work, facial massage (including eyes), pre-natal, myofascial dry needling and kinesio taping. She is also a qualified yoga instructor and personal trainer so is able to to prescribe exercise and stretching routines.
Treatments can be active. It is preferred to wear shorts/ stretchy clothing for lower body treatments.
Hands-on treatment time is approx. 35-40 mins. The last few mins are reserved for deep stretching or at-home instructions.
