Fire cupping is a traditional therapeutic technique! It involves placing special glass cups on the skin after briefly heating the inside of the cup with fire! The heat creates a vacuum as the cup cools, causing the skin to be gently sucked up into the cup! You might see round red or purple marks on the skin where cups were placed, these are normal and usually fade in a few days! Fire cupping helps to:
