An initial assessment entails: a history (to learn about your past medical history and gather details about your current complaint), a physical (which includes physical tests and hands-on assessment to find the root cause of your complaint), a summary of my findings, a diagnosis and plan for addressing it, and lastly, some treatment! The plan for treatment will outline the recommended duration and frequency so you may book your subsequent treatments ahead of time. Following the initial assessment, patients may book follow up appointments.
