A Return to Balance: A Group for Crafting Your Self-care
Sydney Hillis (OT student, under OT supervision) is running a four-week virtual group designed to help you reconnect with the activities, routines, and moments that support your wellbeing. Collectively, you'll explore what self-care really means, why it often feels difficult to prioritize, and how to create realistic, sustainable ways to care for yourself.
Through a blend of education, meaningful discussion, and reflective activities, we'll explore topics such as balance, the mental load, creativity as self-care, values-based routines, and making time for what matters most. Rather than focusing on perfection, this group is about building small, meaningful changes that fit your life and support long-term wellbeing.
Whether you're navigating a major life transition or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this group offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, connect with others, and leave with practical strategies to help you create a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and uniquely your own.
