This 1-hour appointment is tailored to follow the initial Assessment, with the focus of the work done in the Creekside gym to build an exercise program designed for your specific needs and foot type. The goal is to help strengthen your feet, and up through the chain into the hip and core.

Most of this follow-up is spent checking what changed since last time and getting on with the treatment itself — hands-on foot care, skin or nail work, padding or offloading, orthotic adjustments, and gait or footwear review — so you leave knowing what was done and what to keep doing between visits.
