Pessary Fitting Trial - If we cannot find an appropriate fit within the one hour appointment an additional follow up appointment may be needed
If patients have extended health care benefits that cover “physiotherapy services”, we can direct bill for the initial assessment, pessary fitting and follow-up appointment costs. Patients will have to self-pay for the pessary itself.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
