IN PERSON - Please book this appointment if you are a new patient of Crescent Health seeking support with fertility and preconception health. This intake is designed for individuals and couples who are trying to conceive, planning for pregnancy, experiencing fertility challenges, preparing for assisted reproductive treatments, or looking to optimize their overall health before pregnancy.
During this comprehensive assessment, we will review factors that may impact fertility, including nutrition, hormone levels, menstrual health, metabolic health, lifestyle factors, and relevant laboratory testing (sperm analysis, ultrasounds etc). Subsequent follow-up visits can be booked as regular 30, 45, or 60 minute appointments according to your individualized treatment plan.
