Cancellation Policy
Please note that once your appointment has been confirmed, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our RMT’s with empty appointment timeslots and do not get paid.
As well, we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that time slot!
we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the cost of the appointment.
