24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - This includes Late Cancellations and appointment No Shows
Credit card required to reserve appointment. This policy applies to new and returning patients. Your card will ONLY be charged in the event of failure to comply with the 24 hours cancellation policy. Failure to adhere to the policies in place may result in revocation of your booking privileges.
