All clients are required to do an Initial Consultation. This involves a meeting with our Psychologist and they will come up with a plan of treatment. We typically ask you a series of questions to better understand your concerns and mental health goals. This appointment is approximately 60 minutes, any details that you can provide to your Psychologist will help improve your treatment plan.
