Initial visits are required for all new patients. Includes a thorough health history intake of all systems in the body, with an emphasis on chief concerns. Relevant physical exams may be performed. Dr. Musial will use this initial visit to gather the necessary information about your complete health picture to make an informed diagnosis and treatment plan. Patients will leave with the foundation of their treatment plan, as well as expectations for the course of treatment. Any necessary lab work may be requisitioned at this time.
