This 75-minute in-person assessment is designed for individuals experiencing acute or chronic dizziness, vertigo, balance difficulties, post concussion symptoms, and complex neurological conditions.
This appointment is appropriate for patients with:
Dizziness or vertigo
Balance or gait concerns
Concussion
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
Cervical dystonia
Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
The assessment includes a comprehensive history, detailed neurological and vestibular examination, movement and balance testing, and symptom-specific clinical measures. Time is taken to fully understand your symptoms, how they affect daily life, and contributing factors.
