Booking can be done online HERE or you can give our office a call during business hours at (519) 960 - 0360. If you do not find your desired time, or if you have a desired practitioner, please call the office and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Due to cancelled or rescheduled visits, appointment slots do change. We can also be reached at dinatalechirosport@gmail.com.

FOR NEW PATIENTS

Once booking your initial visit, you will receive paperwork electronically to the email you have provided. We ask that you please complete this to the best of your ability before you arrive for your appointment time. If you do not use email, or do not receive this email, please give our office a call and we will ensure to have a physical copy of this paperwork ready for you upon your arrival. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if this applies to you.

VIRTUAL VISITS

It is REQUIRED to pre-pay before your virtual session for any service. Please send e-transfer to dinatalechirosport@gmail.com.

CANCELLATIONS/POLICY

If you are unable to attend your upcoming appointment, we do ask for 24 + hours notice. Cancellations CANNOT be done online and must be done by calling the clinic or sending us an email. Failure to comply with this policy, sacrifices a time that could be given to another patient in need.

OUR POLICY

No Contact / No Show: Fee will automatically charged to your account equivalent to the appointment type missed.

Cancellations < 24 hours notice:

1st time occurrence: Fee waived

2nd time occurrence: 50% of appointment fee charged

3rd time occurrence: 100% of appointment fee charged

To avoid any fees, please give our clinic adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment. We thank you for your continued support and we look forward to serving you!
