What to Expect During Your Initial CHIRO Assessment
Your first CHIRO assessment is an important step in understanding your health needs and planning your care. During this visit, a Chiropractor will talk with you about your medical history, current concerns, medications, and overall health. They may ask about your lifestyle, daily activities, and any support you have at home.
The provider may check your vital signs (like blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels) and perform basic physical assessments if needed. Together,
YOU AND I WILL discuss your goals and any challenges you are facing.
The goal of this visit is to create a care plan that supports your health and helps you stay as independent and well as possible. Feel free to ask questions or share anything that’s important to you — your voice matters in your care.
Time permitting you may also get a session of care/adjustment.
