New Patients First time patients are required to book an “Initial Consultation and Treatment” Appointment. A valid credit card on file is required, and will be charged in the case of a no-show or short notice cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy below. Cancellation Policy We charge 50% for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We charge 100% for no-show appointments. Multiple short-notice cancellations may result in a 100% fee charged. More than 15 minutes late without notice shall be considered a missed appointment. In cases of sudden unforeseeable emergencies, we may waive these fees. We don’t charge fees for appointments canceled due to sudden contagious illness.
